How do I book a piece?
Browse the feed → tap the piece → pick your rental dates → send a request. The lender has 24 hours to confirm. You're only charged once they confirm — no payment held in limbo.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept major credit/debit cards, PromptPay, and select digital wallets. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
What is the "Peace of Mind" insurance fee?
Every booking includes mandatory Peace of Mind Insurance — covering sudden damage and loss up to ฿2,000 per rental. Normal wear and tear isn't covered. The fee is tiered by item value:

Can I cancel my booking?
Before lender confirms: Full refund. No drama. ✅
72+ hours before start: Full 100% refund. ✅
24–72 hours before start: 50% refund. 🟡
Under 24 hours / same day: No refund. ❌

Piece doesn't fit? Submit photo or video evidence within 2 hours of receiving the item (before the event). On You reviews case by case. Claims after that window aren't accepted.
